After completing her Masters in Interior Design with specialization in Exhibition Design from Pratt Institute, NYC; Pradnya Patil had a short stint interning at the prestigious AMNH, before deciding to go back to core interior design working with the country's top hospitality design firm. She graduated top of her class and is a recipient of Pratt's "Excellence for Academic Achievements Award".

With a diverse and rich background her career spans over a decade of working steadfastly on projects around the globe from New York to Bay Area, and as far as Mumbai. She honed her skills working in close collaboration with architects, designers as well as artists around the globe and found her passion for traditional techniques and exquisite craftsmanship.

After moving to the vibrant city of Austin, Texas in the midst of the pandemic she founded Fountainhead Studio. The studio plays a vital role in modern resurgence of crafts lending a fresh, bold and unique artisanal quality to all their design projects while supporting the craftsmen and the artist community
